I’m going To attribute the best run ever to the fact that I’ve been eating candy corn like its my j-o-b, those delightful Swedish fish, and mostly:to this gorgeous fall weather today.
Of course the first thing I do is sit down and check my splits. I love doing this so that I know the exact areas I need to excel on. I cannot wait to run it again next week. I need to be about ten minutes faster…and honestly? I KNOW it’s possible.
I feel as if the faster i go, the deeper the peace I always find within myself. Runs like this are what keep me pushing harder.They ignite a fire deep inside me….and just when I think I can’t go any faster…I light the match…. 😉
